It is a well-structured wine with chocolate
aroma and taste and aromas of wild fruit jam. Some
tannins are still present as well as a complex prolonging
finish. |

This LBV 1995 when served as aperitif
marries perfectly with streaky meat slices stuffed
with dry plums and traditional smoked meat. As digestive
it marries well with any strong cheese. |
