It is a wine with a very balanced ageing
process, whose vinegar aroma and tastes evolution,
very noble, contributes to its improvement together
with the balanced wood. |
| |
It is a digestive of excellence, which
greatly accompanies a good cheese board, as well as
a great variety of dry fruits. In the evening, it can
be a good before-dinner drink introducing the dinner
flavours, accompanied by soft cheeses. Nevertheless,
this Quinta do Estanho 40 years old is a friend for
all occasions.
It should be served at a temperature of 14º.
In the summer you may cool it for an hour, which
smoothes the alcohol evaporation due to heat, making
this wine very pleasant, without reducing its quality. |
